Simple procedures, convenient pickup

The first car they tried to give us was very unclean inside with what looked like flakes of skin everywhere. They also made us wait half an hour because we had arrived half an hour early. The eventual car which we received did not have a lot of the damage which the car had, properly listed on the form. They were unwilling to either look at the damage or change the form.

Everything worked fine

The two ladies at the europcar in Toulouse airport were friendly, professional, patient and helpful. More than happy to help even gave us a weather update and fully informed us of Covid restrictions. Lovely to be looked after by two charming young ladies.

They informed me they were looking for price changes even though not available.

The French pickup / return area at Geneva is very poorly signed and the directions given were really inadequate. On return, no staff were at the drop-off point and vans were blocking the few free spaces. Staff at the desk declined to give any receipt for the return of the car.

Like: Efficient and polite staff; vehicle is new and in excellent condition
Dislike: It would be much better for the contract printed in bilingual, i.e. French and English as we are unable to understand French. Confusion may offer due to communication problems.
