Top class

It was okay. The car was good, but there was no other service. They overcharged me and only refunded me after I returned to my country. They charged a high administrative fee without any service.

Surprisingly there was a long queue and the staff were doing their best but also were helping each other with issues so waiting times exceeded expectations. I assume though it was a one off thing. The car was parked horribly. There was no space to open the door not to mention the distance to the next parked car was maybe 20cm. I had to get in the car from the back seat and crawl to the driver seat ! I hope this won't happen again. I will yet try Europcar again.

All good as usual.

The car was brand new and we enjoyed the overall experience from Pick up the whole drive and drop off Benjamin the person who assisted us while pick up was very helpful and joyful person
