I have never waited so long to get a rental car in my entire life! Over 2 hours, with not many people in line. While I liked the car, it was too big for our purposes, but I was so exhausted from the long wait that I didn't want to exchange the vehicle. I vowed never to rent with Ecovia again! 1 hour into the wait with no movement in the line. Still have not received an explanation or apology for what took so long!

Asked for pick inside airport, not to walk with heavy cases for a mile, to be picked up by a shuttle bus eventually, very confusing after you booked to pick up inside terminal, also shuttle bus service confusing, even after phoning them, didn't know if I was at the Wright place or being scammed, even during the hand over

I booked this one and my relatives booked with two different companies. Mine was by far the cheapest and i was the onlyone that got a free upgrade! They also gave me a discount so i didnt need to fill up at return! Relatives had to fill up before returning!

Deffinately smooth and the best price!
