Pickup was a bit slow.

Both the rental and return procedures were easy, the car was in good condition, and the price was fair. Highly recommended!

The car had water on the passenger floor the whole time I had the car. Maybe leak in the heating coil. The driver side window controls only worked on the drivers window not any other. The trunk had not been cleaned. Since they did. It have anyone around when I returned the car I was not able to tell anyone. I was not told there was not going to be anyone there when I returned the car so I had to return to the car to get the keys and put them into the drop off box.

No problems with QEED. Your requirement for proof of insurance was never asked for.

Like: The Rep. (Natasha) was very professional and courteous throughout the transaction and wait.
Dislike: The new credit check policy when you've rented from (Budget) in the past numerous of times for years, stopped for a while due to my new job position and just started back renting again for personal use.

Like: We loved the Ford Suv. It drove very well....very good turn ratio and handled the sharp curves in the mountains well. It was very clean. I am now thinking about buying one!!
Dislike: I did not realize this company was associated with England. When I picked up the car they asked me for a passport which I did not have because I am a USA citizen. They said this company gave me an European discount which made the rates lower. I guess this also would have effected my coverage if I had been in an accident. My insurance would have covered me but it would have been a real hassle.
