There was a glitch in the system between Qeeg and Enterprise at the time of picking the car up. The counter assistant was very helpful,but it looked like the wrong price on the booking agreement which worried us at the time. We weren't charged anymore which was a relief. We couldn't fault the staff or Qeeg, but the IT system did have a problem.

Easy pick up. Took a while to get confirmation that deposit was being returned in full.
