盗難被害に遭って。。。

We had two people and two large suitcases; the car we originally booked couldn't fit them. The staff said we couldn't place them on the back seat or we'd be fined (though I doubt that would actually be the case). They offered an upgrade at a cheaper price, but it still would have cost us nearly 2000 extra. We firmly declined, and in the end, they upgraded us to an SUV for free! Extremely grateful!!!

there were very small scratches on the driver door which were not mentioned in the report, due to bad lighting in car pick up you could not see it, I only saw this on last day when putting petrol at the gas station.

Interior needs a deep clean. Otherwise happy and thankful for the service.

Display all the alternative models on offer in a particular class at a particular company. Car selection needs to be more transparent.
