Great service. My English isn't very good, but the staff was patient and explained everything in detail. No hidden charges.

The car pickup location is inside the airport itself, and the staff's service attitude was excellent. Returning the car was also very simple. Since the phone card we bought couldn't make calls, we went directly to the company to return the car. After inspecting the car, the staff even gave us a ride to the airport. Ten points!

The car model did not match at all

After returning the car in Antalya, they even asked where we were going next, bought tickets for us, and dropped us off at the station. Very thoughtful.

The service was terrible. They didn't provide the car we booked, giving us a lower grade vehicle instead. The drop-off location in Antalya was in a remote residential area you wouldn't believe... The car had a small scratch, and they charged us 700 lira for repair because we didn't report it to the police (it would have just needed some polishing back home). After arguing, they reduced it to 350 lira (repair cost seemed arbitrary). Later, in Goreme, the rental company there clearly stated that small accidents didn't need to be reported and were covered by insurance. Can we give this company a negative rating!
