Everything was good except for the part that the previous driver had left a lot of hair and litter in the car and Great Rentals did not bother to clean it.
In average good, what was no nice are the costume service, they didn’t speak with you, explain things and asking general questions. Costume service was poor need to be more friendly and improve few things
The drop off time was amazingly fast and easy. The pick up was very fast also, just a bit more communication would have been nice so that the person actually know whats happening next. like 'ill just get your car' or 'ill get this person here to prepare your car'' go with him'. instead of just leaving the person there like an idiot wondering whats happening.
