Great Service and great cars

Easy fast and cheap

Excellent service at counter and no messing around by staff trying to force extras on me. Staff acted quickly and explained everything I needed to know quickly so I could be on my way fast after a delayed flight. Coice of cars were all excellent and in great condition. We picked the smaller of the ones we could choose from as it would be easier for me to drive and park. Mitsubishi Mirage we picked was in excellent condition and we had no problems with it

Our flight was delayed so I rang Easyrentcars to advise them that we would be almost two hours late collecting our vehicle. the rep on the phone was great and advised me that this would not be a problem and to not worry about it.

I have to say I was very disappointd with Alamo. 1. We had no choice of vehicle, there was two their both in the same luxury category but was only allowed one of the two without an explanation. 2. The car was not even clean and to make matters worse either the people who hired the car before us or the rental staff had been smoking dope. It was that bad that on the second day we had had enough and paid for the car to get a interior detail. So disappointed. The only benefit was the car did drive and ride fantastic and would gladly get another Lincoln.

Very easy to use..

Like: I met að lot of freindly people and it was easyer to drive than I thought, had no problem getting parking lots. The guy who welcomed me at the drop of gave me 25% discount because the dar was smelly, I didn´t ask for any change of price but I´m even happyer.
Dislike: The weather wasn´t as good as I thought it would be and the traffic was very heavy.
