Not many people in line

Everything else was good, but it was hard to find the car in the parking lot. I didn't know the way to walk from the store to the parking lot. The two adjacent parking lots were not connected, the signs were unclear, and I ended up in the wrong parking lot on the right. It took walking outside the building to find the rental company's parking entrance and then walking down the ramp to the -4 level to find the car.

All fees were clearly stated, and the overall service was good.

Service from Keddy was excellent. Florian was very helpful and we were impressed with the whole process.

We were delighted to find a hire car at such a good price. It met all our expectations
