Average, indifferent towards Chinese customers. The car was relatively new but the wait time was long as they were still washing the car. Shouldn't the vehicle be prepared well in advance for customers? Overall, be cautious with this company.

Sometimes there's a queue, sometimes there isn't, depending on the location.

There was no line, but the receptionist deliberately delayed. First, she tried to persuade me to switch cars (saying that the two-wheel drive car I booked was not good and that I should get a 4WD car, but I insisted on not changing, and finally found out they gave me an AWD car); then she aggressively pushed additional insurance, falsely claiming that I didn't have third-party insurance and could not drive without it. After confirming with QEEQ, I refused; finally, she added road assistance and other additional services to the agreement without my consent, and I signed it without carefully checking. When I picked up the car, I didn't notice that the windshield had a palm-sized crack until I had driven a short distance. Luckily, I took a photo at that time, so I didn't face any trouble when returning the car. Conclusion: the store is very poor.

Car was spacious and modern. Staff were a bit slow but seemed new so we were fine with this. Car was a bit scratched but I guess this is what you get with rental cars. Overall experience excellent.

The most competitive price I could find anywhere. Didn’t get a price drop but it’s a good feature. Easy and clear booking. Will definitely use again and will recommend to anyone who asks.
