I booked a Jeep Grand Cherokee, but they gave me a selection of very poor SUVs. In the end, I could only choose a Mitsubishi Outlander, an SUV that costs less than 200,000 RMB in China and has very poor power. I paid a lot extra to choose a Grand Cherokee. If cheap and expensive cars are treated the same, then why differentiate them during booking??? Very unreasonable.

Mostly self-service, but very efficient. Several types of cars to choose from.

The vehicle provided by the company was reliable and the service process was convenient. Worth using again.

Renting and returning the car were both very convenient, especially with the shuttle service at the airport.

It was a very quick process during the pick up as I didn’t need to wait in line for service, everything was done through the computer, I liked the freedom of choosing our car as we were able to spend time looking at the car and deciding which car to pick at our own pace.

Booking was very clear and easy to understand, the price drop didn’t really work for us as the price didn’t drop although the price of our rental was cheap anyways.
