He followed the instructions to check if the issue could be resolved, and when it didn't work, he arranged a tow truck. He also offered us a hotel if we preferred. We chose to stay with the vehicle. Pickup and drop-off were convenient and fast, service was good.

Renting and returning the car with Alamo was very convenient. The procedures were simple, there were many vehicles to choose from, and the condition of the car was excellent. A very good car rental experience.
