Returning the car two hours late incurred an extra day's rental fee plus tax. Moreover, they refused to refund me, citing that I was over two hours late. Well, if you don't have ample free time, I suggest you don't choose Alamo and try other options!

I received a white Chevy Cruze. The car indicated low battery voltage (13.4V) after ignition. I didn't pay much attention to it at the time. While driving, the voltage went up to 13.9V, then fluctuated between 13.4V and 13.9V. It didn't affect driving or ignition, but it did make me a bit worried.
