We reserved a mid-to-large size SUV, either a Jeep Grand Cherokee or similar, but only a Jeep Compass and Ford Edge were available. They downgraded us without a price reduction and promoted many extras like upgrades, GPS, and insurance.

The efficiency is very low, and information gets lost frequently. Every time it moves to the next step, all the information gets lost, and I have to explain it again and again.

ALAMO's basic services are adequate, with shuttle buses and decent online customer service. However, they didn't provide sufficient information about the car and its location. The parking lot staff were also inadequate and unclear, merely suggesting to pick any car. Follow-up inquiries about refueling were difficult as their phone lines were almost never answered.
