If your flight is delayed abroad, their customer support will help you communicate with the rental company, which is very considerate. They also call to check if the car rental went smoothly. The process was fairly quick, but I hoped to return the car half an hour late because my flight was delayed, and they did not respond.

The front desk staff were friendly, didn't push extra insurance, and even upgraded my car!

Picked up the car at 9:00, but the process was only completed at 11:00.

1. It took 2 hours to complete the paperwork and pick up the car. 2. The order was for a Ford Edge, but they replaced it with a Mitsubishi. The staff searched the parking lot for an hour, only to find out that the car wasn't there. They then replaced it with a Honda CRV. The car models kept getting smaller, and I wonder if the price changed as well. 3. The staff kept pushing additional insurance and delayed the processing of the car rental. Overall, very dissatisfied with this rental experience.
