This car is really worn out. I thought it must be at least 10 years old, but then I saw the key and it’s a 2022 model. Shocking!! I can't even upload a photo?!

The car was very new, and since we had a lot of luggage, they kindly upgraded us to a larger SUV. This avoided a lot of unnecessary trouble.

Very high overall satisfaction. Since it's a self-service pick-up, it saved us from dealing with store staff, and we didn't need to argue about insurance fees. The car was in good condition with a wide selection available, even during the peak season when we rented. Kudos to them.

Overall, it's quite convenient, and the procedures are not very complicated. However, I intended to use the self-service machines in the lobby, but both times at the final step, it said I needed to go to the counter, wasting a lot of time. The self-service machines are also quite slow and require a lot of input, making it cumbersome.
