This car rental company is excellent.

At the beginning of the rental process, they asked us to pay an additional insurance fee, but after negotiation, they agreed not to charge any extra fees. Everything else was very satisfactory and convenient, allowing us to choose our preferred or satisfactory model from similar vehicles.

Extremely satisfied. We showed the order, driver's license, and credit card at the counter. After verification, they directed us to the parking lot to choose a car. There were 5 cars available, and we chose a JEEP that had only run for over 16,000 miles. The car was in great condition. Very satisfied.

Alamo in Los Angeles is good. I rented a standard car, but it seems the company didn’t have this model, so I ended up choosing a Camry from the full-size options.

The process of getting the car was pretty good. However I don’t understand why I had to purchase the personal liability insurance which costs me another 100 Plus usd . The staff explained that it was compulsory and that the police would require it or something like that. If it is compulsory why don’t u all include it in the price so that we can Budget or review this before we book.
