It was okay, but unfortunately the POS machine malfunctioned, which delayed us quite a bit. In the end, they had to manually record the credit card number to complete the deposit authorization.
I booked a Volvo but was given a Jeep Compass instead. This small Jeep has a fuel tank of only about 30 liters, which really caused me range anxiety—I felt like I needed to find a gas station after driving for just a short while. During the last two days, the fuel gauge even broke. No matter how much fuel you add, even if it's overflowing, the needle still shows 3/4 full. When returning the car, I had to explain this at the counter, and I don't know if they'll deduct money for it.
Reserved a Mercedes C-Class early, but none were available on-site. The only option was an Audi A4. After driving for just 20 kilometers, the car displayed a low oil warning, forcing me to detour to buy oil, which delayed me for over an hour. The cost of the oil was reimbursed upon return, so keep the receipt.
The car rental company is excellent, a well-established company with cars in great condition. Very satisfied.
