It's surprising that such a big company doesn't have a POS machine. Manual entry had to be used for payment, and since I used a HSBC card, the bank saw it as a risky transaction and froze the merchant's account. I couldn't rent the car as a result.

This was further confirmed the next day during our communication; the model simply doesn't exist, which made the whole scenario feel deliberate. The receptionist, named Claudia, had a very poor attitude and gave us a manual transmission vehicle while charging us for an automatic Audi Q7. After nearly two hours of negotiation, we finally received an automatic Japanese car at a reduced rate. By this time, it was already midnight, and my three-and-a-half-year-old child had been waiting in the cold for almost two hours. I want to know if this issue stems from miscommunication between QEEQ and Hertz, or if QEEQ sold us a non-existent model. I expect an explanation from QEEQ.

The printed form clearly stated not to add extra insurance, as I already purchased third-party full insurance. However, they still held our full insurance and theft insurance. After negotiation, they claimed to have canceled the operation, but the money has not yet been returned to my credit card.
