The service is average, and there is no Chinese support. I showed my U.S. driver's license but was told I had to use my Chinese driver's license, which I didn't understand. The vehicle was in poor condition, with a low mileage but constant strange noises, and a warning light remained on, making me uneasy. There was no service in the car pick-up area, and it took me a long time to find the car, which was inconvenient. I previously rented from Avis, and their service was better than Alamo's in many aspects. Today, I was also charged a $40 fine, of which $13 was Alamo's service fee.

The 24-hour service was excellent, the staff at pickup were very friendly and attentive, the car was in good condition, new and got a free upgrade, returning the car was easy, there was a gas station nearby, overall a great experience!
