The staff's attitude was mediocre. I emphasized that I rented a Porsche, but they gave me a similar model and insisted it was impossible to provide me with a Porsche. They also pushed me to buy insurance, which I refused.
Avis is a very poor car rental company. They added extra insurance without permission and charged an extra day of rental.
