Deliberately downgraded car models, discrimination

The rental company is certainly a scam. They required an additional charge for all petrol cars. We argued strongly during the return and got the extra fee refunded.

Pretty good, but there is an extra charge for the second driver.

At the Enterprise counter at Southampton Airport, the rental company said our credit card didn't have a chip, so they couldn't process the rental. We asked for a refund of the deposit at that time, but the staff said they hadn't received any deposit and showed me the information on their computer. After returning home, I requested a deposit refund through the rental platform, but several days have passed without any response. The rental platform is very unreliable.

counter staff could not have been helpful practical and friendly, giving us great advice on where to go locally - advice that we followed and were pleased to have done so.
