There is no counter at the airport. Luckily, I was able to run into the delayed car delivery agent when I returned. The car was upgraded to an SUV and had built-in GPS, but there were some minor issues such as the tire sensor, which kept giving warnings. The speed was also limited to 190 km/h, which is a bit disappointing in Germany. Other than that, everything else was fine.

The service was good, and the car was great.

The car's condition was excellent! It was basically brand new, and the service was five-star. Due to my carelessness, I locked the car keys inside the car in Switzerland, but the company, based in Germany, resolved it within a few hours! Thank you so much!

The service of CARO car rental company is quite good, but I couldn't find it immediately after leaving the airport and had to wait for 45 minutes to find it. (Waited at the wrong location; the specified P20 parking lot is very large and the order did not provide clear instructions.)
