Extremely satisfied, a perfect car rental experience. The car had only 15 km on it when we got it, brand new. We drove 1960 km in 10 days, touring the major cities of New Zealand's South Island.

EZi is quite good. They have a store inside the airport, so it's easy to find. The car condition is very new. I booked a Qashqai, but they upgraded me to an X-Trail without extra charge. In our country, the X-Trail is considered a higher tier than the Qashqai.

Pretty good experience

The rental company is very punctual about the scheduled pick-up time. They won't let you pick up the car even 5 minutes early, which made me wait at the counter for almost 2 hours (because I arrived one flight earlier). Additionally, I booked a Mitsubishi Outlander but received a Hyundai i35 instead, which they called a free upgrade. I do not agree with this.
