The machine input the wrong birth date and couldn't be changed. Had to go to the counter. Hope it can be fixed.

After a window smashing incident, Alamo's service was very prompt and efficient, with no extra costs. Fortunately, we didn't follow QEEQ company's customer service suggestion to privately fix the window at a repair shop. Otherwise, we'd have to bear the cost of the car window on top of the significant loss from our stolen luggage.

The 24-hour service was excellent, the staff at pickup were very friendly and attentive, the car was in good condition, new and got a free upgrade, returning the car was easy, there was a gas station nearby, overall a great experience!
