The wait time for picking up the car was quite long, and upon arrival, I was informed that the reserved car was unavailable. After some coordination, I finally got the reserved car.
Things went very smoothly for vehicle pickup and drop off. Very easy. The girl at pick up was very helpful.
They could provide better instructions to find the shuttle pickup area is the only suggestion.
Car was VERY used, a lot of damage inside and outside. Two photo sessions was needed to document it all, wiper not good, and key not funtional below 12C. We did not get the car we had booked, Nissan...but a 110.000km used Subaru.
