After returning the car, I handed it over to the staff without any issues. Once I returned to my country, I found out that nearly 10,000 RMB had been deducted from my account. They claimed I didn't refuel the car, and that I had used one car for 11 days when I only rented it for 4 days. I contacted customer service and provided my flight ticket and refueling receipt, which led to a refund of just over 400 RMB for the fuel. When I inquired further, they said it was all insurance charges. How could insurance for a 4-day rental cover 11 days? Additionally, when they deducted the amount from my credit card, a transaction fee was already taken. Even after the refund, I'm still out on the transaction fees, and there's over 9,000 RMB unaccounted for. Is there any chance I would rent from you again?
