It was our first time renting a camper and we weren't familiar with the process. It was getting dark, so we got a $480 insurance. Thinking back, it wasn't necessary... Oh well...

Company staff take up time by explaining insurance policies even when we insist we don't need them. Note that a card payment of AUD 5000 is required as a deposit when picking up the car, along with a AUD 100 handling fee. By opting for their first-tier package, the deposit can be reduced to AUD 2500, and the second-tier package waives the deposit completely. However, with the insurance we already bought on the rental platform, spending AUD 900-1500 is unnecessary.

The location is relatively easy to find, but they kept pushing their insurance.

A very professional company with very convenient pick-up and drop-off process. Since it was an RV, airport pick-up and drop-off were not available, which is understandable due to RV limitations. The most surprising part was that the rental order was for a Volkswagen RV, but instead, I received a Mercedes-Benz RV. It was high-end and luxurious, totally worth it.

Very good, but the pickup process took too long and the handover instructions were too brief.
