Travelled mainly around Hamburg and Berlin in Germany. Having a car abroad is very convenient.

Picking up the car was quite convenient. Initially, I rented it for just two days, but later extended it for a week due to some matters. I made a call to extend the rental, but eventually had to visit a store to complete the process. Although the rented car was convenient, I initially booked a RAV4 equivalent but was given a gray Nissan X-Trail, which was ugly. I paid an extra 10 euros to get a Volvo XC60 instead. Overall, I am quite satisfied, but the detailed charges were confusing. I paid much more than I expected and was unclear if it was a deposit or something else.

I couldn't rent the car I wanted - a Golf.

The downside was that there were no car seats available, so I had to buy one in advance from a friend.
