Picking up and returning the car was very convenient. The rental company has a large selection of cars, so there's plenty to choose from when picking up the car.

VIP service, no need to queue

The number of airport shuttles is relatively fewer compared to other companies, but everything else is great. The self-service kiosk for picking up the car is very convenient.

After a window smashing incident, Alamo's service was very prompt and efficient, with no extra costs. Fortunately, we didn't follow QEEQ company's customer service suggestion to privately fix the window at a repair shop. Otherwise, we'd have to bear the cost of the car window on top of the significant loss from our stolen luggage.

Seriously impressed with the quality of service they offer.
