Discovered a severe odor in the car on the day of pickup; cleaning was provided at midnight and an air freshener the next morning. Just hope not to encounter such a car again.
First time self-driving, chose this company for their Chinese service. The service was warm and enthusiastic, but there wasn't a physical storefront, which made it feel small. The car was not the Outlander we wanted, but a RAV4 with a small trunk, and it had been used for a long time with many damages.
