The staff were very patient and offered a huge range of cars at the time of pickup. I was able to wait an extra 10 minutes for a larger vehicle and had absolutely no issues.

As a first time user, I was skeptical - but the process was seamless, and I got a rate that was half the price compared to going directly to the rental company. The added insurance was required as we unfortunately had some damage to the car during our rental.

Excellent screen system at pickup. Very helpful lady. Drop off in Phoenix went very quickly but transit service to the airport was a nightmare. Very nearly missed my flight. Would have done if I hadn’t dropped luggage in advance. Unacceptable delays but not Alamo’s fault.

I have to say I was very disappointd with Alamo. 1. We had no choice of vehicle, there was two their both in the same luxury category but was only allowed one of the two without an explanation. 2. The car was not even clean and to make matters worse either the people who hired the car before us or the rental staff had been smoking dope. It was that bad that on the second day we had had enough and paid for the car to get a interior detail. So disappointed. The only benefit was the car did drive and ride fantastic and would gladly get another Lincoln.
