Completely satisfied with Hertz. While in Australia, I accidentally left the car keys inside and got locked out. The assistance team arrived quickly, wasting no time.

The staff tried to sell us insurance and fuel options when we rented the car. We declined. They also asked if we were going to places off the Great Ocean Road and whether we had prepaid for toll roads. Overall, their attitude was good, but communication wasn't very smooth.

The company did not charge according to the order. They added various extra costs, and different branches had different charges for the same service.

Very good, I rented a seven-seater business car.
