When we arrived, we were not allowed to pick up the Grand Cherokee. We were only given a choice between a lower-class Jeep model or another SUV. Very frustrating. Not sure if it's the fault of the rental company or Alamo. People picking up cars at the same time had the same issue.

If it's not self-service pickup, the staff will try to sell insurance and have a bad attitude if you refuse to buy.

Pretty good. I left a bag in the car when I swapped vehicles. The rental company mailed it back to me after I returned to my country. Quite unexpected.

We are 4 adults and 2 kids, and rented a 7-seater SUV on a car rental website. When we arrived at ALAMO in the USA, they told us the trunk space wasn't big enough and asked us to pay $490 to upgrade to a Dodge minivan. When we requested to see the car, they said none were available at the moment. We called the car rental website's customer service to negotiate, but the rental company's attitude was very impatient. Because we were pressed for time, we had to pay the $490. Including the ¥4152 paid on the website, renting the car for 6 days cost over ¥7000. We felt cheated!

First time to book through QEEQ. I am satisfied with the process except for the 2 separate payments, one for the service and one for the car renal company.
