There are relatively few counters at the store, so there’s a bit of a wait. However, the service is very attentive; they will explain everything to you in detail.

So far, I'm satisfied. Not sure if there will be any fines later, though. Haha.

The company has a lot of vehicles, great service, low prices, and the model I chose exceeded my expectations. Thumbs up.

Reserved a mid-to-large SUV Jeep Grand Cherokee or similar, but only JEPP Compass and FORD EDGE (rental car introduction says similar level should be Explorer) were available. Downgraded without price reduction, lots of upselling, such as paying for upgrades, GPS, insurance, etc.

Very nice and convenient shuttle bus service to and from the airport free of charge. Nice that we could pick any SUV out of the row.
