The first staff member was inexperienced with the process and system operation. When they couldn't provide the reserved car model, they were unable to effectively communicate with the manager. The following supervisor who assisted had a very poor attitude, being indifferent and unhelpful. They offered a lower-end vehicle with only $25 compensation or an upgrade at an additional cost. Then, yet another supervisor came with a different solution. Overall, the experience felt highly unprofessional.
The car's condition was acceptable, but the service was very poor. I will avoid using this company in the future if possible.
