The service staff are extremely unprofessional. I rented a car for two days, misplaced a $600 GPS phone, and they charged me $1200. Finally, they admitted the mistake but didn't know when they'd refund me, nor did they apologize.
I didn't use this reservation at all! I booked the wrong date, starting on the 31st, so I made a new reservation and canceled this one! Canceled, got it? One driver's license, one person, renting two cars at the same time?
Reserved a mid-to-large SUV Jeep Grand Cherokee or similar, but only JEPP Compass and FORD EDGE (rental car introduction says similar level should be Explorer) were available. Downgraded without price reduction, lots of upselling, such as paying for upgrades, GPS, insurance, etc.
