The rental staff were very polite and had a good service attitude.

The car rental location in Hamburg is a bit hard to find; it seems the GPS might be slightly off. However, following the airport signs makes it easier to locate. The staff was very nice and upgraded us to a Mercedes-Benz C-Class. During the trip, a stone hit the front windshield, causing a long crack. We immediately stopped by the Eu store in Oldenburg, where the staff wrote a proof that it wasn't our fault, and the issue was resolved smoothly in the end.

First time encountering such an issue. Paid a deposit but they couldn't find it. Bought full insurance but they said it wasn't available. Ended up paying half more than expected, and they were extremely impatient.

Tiresome when they say there is a small chip of 0.0001 mm but it's ok you will not be charged. It's annoying and condescending. I have this comment each time with Europcar and never with Hertz at the same location where I hire at least twice a month.
