The service is quite good, but there's an issue with duplicate insurance! There should be information prompts from both the domestic and rental car companies! They need to share information with each other!
There was a normal lineup. At pickup, they informed me that the originally booked car was unavailable. They offered a 5-seater as a replacement or an upgrade for $75 per day. Really a rip-off.
Everything was good in most aspects, but I was really frustrated. My husband didn't bring his own credit card, and BUDGET is the only company that doesn't allow multiple drivers under one card. Rent Rent Car didn't know about this rule, so I ended up driving over 2000 kilometers by myself. As a woman who has never driven for so long and was supposed to be on vacation, I almost cried. It seriously impacted my holiday mood and I was constantly unhappy and exhausted.
