If you're opting for basic insurance, make sure to inspect the car carefully. If you're unfamiliar with the area, it's better to get full coverage since car repairs in Australia can be costly.

Overall acceptable. The car was quite new with just over 7000 kilometers. When I called after arriving at the airport, no one answered, so I went directly to the bus stop to wait for the shuttle, which was a very bad experience. Returning the car was straightforward; just drove into the return point. The staff didn’t say much, and I haven't received the bill yet. I'll check if there are any extra charges once it arrives.

The rental location is not in the arrival hall; you need to take a shuttle bus 1-2 kilometers from the airport to pick up the car.

Other then the short wait for transport to an offsite location from the airport, the service and vehicle were at the same standard as the big provider just at a better price.
