The service and attitude were excellent, but the refueling aspect was not satisfactory. The car was half full when we picked it up. The staff suggested that we pay over 100 Euros so we wouldn't have to return the car with a full tank. They also claimed that fueling up through them would be cheaper than outside. We agreed, but it turned out refueling outside wasn't that expensive. We spent less than 40 Euros to fill half the tank. We felt deceived in this regard.

Overall, it was okay. Communication during pickup wasn't smooth; the staff were not very patient and had an average attitude, but there were no major issues. Returning the car was relatively simple.

Pretty good overall, but they were quite pushy with upselling. We kept saying we didn't need it. The Frankfurt counter was a bit further away from the others, had to walk a few extra steps.
