The staff at the counter was very attentive when explaining the procedures at pick-up. We found the car was almost new with just 1,945 kilometers. At drop-off, we arrived at 8:00 PM, and there was someone on duty. We mentioned that we had filled the tank and cleaned the car. He asked, 'Are you satisfied?' We replied, 'Very much.' He then waved his hand and said, 'OK, goodbye.' It was that simple.

The staff was very nice. They didn't have a Passat, so they gave me a new Mercedes B. Everything went smoothly!
