Any changes to the return location should be promptly communicated to the customer. I asked in advance through the car rental platform if there were any changes and was told there were none, but this was not the case.

The amount displayed when confirming the order was different from the actual amount paid at the store. Additionally, after returning the car, there was no bill for the deposit pre-authorization charge, and the rental company deducted the fee without informing the reason.
