Although communication was a bit challenging, the contract terms were very clear, and there were various insurance options available from basic to full coverage. The car we picked up at the airport was usually a basic model of its type, without many advanced features. However, the car condition was excellent, very clean as if new. Returning the car was also convenient – just drop the keys with the staff at the airport parking lot and head to your flight~
