Due to a train schedule change, I informed them by phone that we needed to pick up the car three hours later. They said there would be a charge of triple the full rental fee! Note that the full amount was paid when booking!!!!!! This is absolutely true!!!!!!!
Average. The staff's attitude during pickup was mediocre, barely responsive. The car had scratches that were not marked on the inspection sheet. When I asked an employee to check, they told me to take pictures myself and show them when returning the car. At drop-off, I showed the pictures, but the staff didn't even look at them and just had me sign and leave. If there are any additional charges, they need to be resolved later. I hope I don't get scammed. During the rental period, the car's navigation system kept shutting off automatically, requiring manual restart, which affected driving safety.
When picking up the car, they told me the car I booked, a Mercedes C-Class, was not available. If I wanted a Mercedes, I had to upgrade and was told it would only cost 50 euros. But when I signed and checked the bill, it was actually 150 euros. The French way of doing business feels somewhat like back home; you feel cheated.
