In summary, many details were vaguely described during the booking process, and full explanations were given only when picking up the car.

The car was a 2016 car which is rather old for a rental car. The front tires were not in a very good condition (I would have replaced them if they were on my personal car). I mentioned that to your employees and asked for a different car, but they were very firm not to meet my request.
