The deposit should have only been $200. They never provided a detailed bill and just asked for an electronic signature. This is clearly fraudulent behavior.

When we booked on ZUZUCHE, the contract stated full-to-full fuel policy, but they claimed it was invalid because we paid in full, so they charge for fuel and allow the car to be returned empty. It's impossible to return it completely empty, so we had some fuel left. This company is deceitful. We didn't make a fuss because the car was upgraded and the rental fee was cheap.
