1. The shuttle bus stop at the airport was not clearly marked. We had to push our luggage around the area and only when we saw a small bus with the company logo did we realize where the stop was. 2. The rental location is actually quite a distance from the airport, not as close as described, so you should plan to spend an extra half-hour to pick up the car. 3. The place for car exchange was even more bizarre. It's in a garage with no signs and nobody knew about it. We almost missed our flight wandering around the garage. By the way, when exchanging the car, the staff just drove it away without any paperwork. 4. The final rental bill deducted $74 from my card. When I asked about the charges, I was told it was for emergency assistance and highway fees. I was speechless.

We arrived early and there weren't many people in line, but when we started the process, it got very crowded.

Waited in line for an hour, charged unfair fees, insisted on not needing roadside assistance but was still charged, and the order included taxes, yet was charged again on site. Very bad experience.
