The car was very new, with only 20,000 kilometers on it. Picking up and returning the car was very convenient. Avis strongly recommended us to rent a GPS, but since the BMW i-Drive system comes with onboard GPS, it felt a bit like a rip-off. However, we ended up renting it because their GPS supported 4G Wi-Fi hotspots and free international calls, though we only used it for internet and calls.
Like: I liked the most not having to pay a ridiculous amount of fee for dropping off at a different location. Also, I felt very safe in the car provided. Dislike: N/A
