It was pouring rain in Milan when I returned the car, and I couldn't see the road clearly. I didn't find a gas station near the airport, so I returned the car with two fuel bars empty, thinking they would just deduct it from the deposit. The car was in good condition otherwise, but why did they charge me €74.58?! Filling up the tank only costs around €50.
Car was in good state and easy to find. Return was easy BUT we had to wait 1h40m to collect our car. Staff at the desk were extremely helpful and kind, but two people can hardly deal with twenty customers in a reasonable time. And I understand it is always like this in the evening. The counter is seriously understaffed.
I received a Romanian made Dacia car even without parking sensor a model of 5 years a go , even if the car was new with low kilometers on the records
It’s true it was saying ford siesta or similar but the Dacia even if new car was an old model
All other was fine, maybe they guess I was the one to give a unwanted car , as I see other Ford Fiesta and in the similar range several cars
It’s the second time I use Sicily by car the previous one was fine this time I am not really satisfied only for the car received, such car shall not new be there !
I am not sure I will use them again as with this experience I am but discouraged
Extremely slow service, it took two hours after arriving to finally get the car. No easily visible signs anywhere at MXP, which made both pickup and drop off even more frustrating.
